The figure is based on the cover illustration for Newtype June 2021 issue where Asuka, Rei, and Mari are wearing white plugsuits and posing together. They look really incredible and their designs are perfectly preserved in this figure. The Newtype Cover version includes a limited edition special acrylic pedestal that reproduces the Newtype cover illustration. A great new figure for Eva fans!
