• All companies collect basic information on visitors to their site, including what platform they're browsing on, what country they're coming from, etc. J-List promises to collect all information in an ethical manner, and only as needed for our business.
• Any information collected from our customers is only done so to fulfill their orders and better satisfy our customers.
• Information collected from any customer will never be made available to a third party under any circumstances except where required by law. J-List will never sell or make your email address or other information available to a third party, ever.
• Privacy of customer orders is our #1 concern. All orders are shipped with no J-List branding on the outside of the box. For 18+ orders needing additional privacy, we recommend the Box Removal Service.
• We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of customer orders.

Since launching in 1996, J-List has been committed to our customer's privacy and trust, and we will never do anything to abuse that now or in the future.
