| FY572 Hello Kitty *Pass The Test* Netsuke -- w/ Daruma ~ Red |
This item can be ordered. Weight: 100 g. Price: $6.50
Product type: Hello Kitty Netsuke (Phone Strap)
|
|
| Cell phone-carrying Hello Kitty fans will take note of these beautiful Hello Kitty phone charms (which are an updated version of the art form known as netsuke, popular since the Edo Period) that can also be used on your keychain. Each one of these charms features a fully painted doll-like Kitty figure with kanji, along with a symbollic accessory, all attatched to a strap with bell. The strap fits perfectly on cell phones, PDAs, Sony PSP, or your keys, and the tiny bell makes the item easier to find in a bag, purse or pocket. Each one of these Hello Kitty charms has a special function as well and will hopefully bring you luck and prosperity in the future. The woven string part of the strap is 3" long (7.5 cm) and contains a loop for fitting on your cell phone. The Hello Kitty figure itself is a cute 1.7 cm (0.5') tall. Give one as a gift to give luck to a friend or family member, or give yourself some needed fortune. This one is the goukoku hisshou type, a charm for passing a test or exam. Contains a mini daruma figure and the strap color is red. Take it to your next test for that extra boost of confidence! (More like this) (Direct link to this product) |

| TRA012 Hariko Daruma -- Small *12cm* ~ Classic Type |
Number in stock: 2 Weight: 150 g. Price: $9.50
Product type: Traditional Japanese item

| The daruma doll is a well-known symbol in Japan as the universal bringer of luck and completion. Companies buy huge versions of these colorful wooden dolls (that are really nothing more than a head) costing thousands of US dollars. However, you can now own one of these cool guys (for far, far less) and attach them to your keychain to bring you good luck. Standing 12 cm (4.5 inches) tall, this guy comes without his eyes drawn in, and the word "Fortune" ("fuku") on his tummy. To "use" this guy, color in one of his eyes (right or left is up to you), and either make a wish or commitment. When that wish comes true, or you complete your task, color in the other eye. Traditionally these guys are burnt in a bonfire afterwards, but you can keep your daruma doll to remind you of your accomplishment! Great for passing tests, getting married, starting a company, or meeting any kind of goal you have. (More like this) (Direct link to this product)

| The Daruma is a famous symbol of Japan, a red, round statue that brings good luck. The famous red doll is based on Bodhidharma, a Buddhist monk from the 6th century who incidentally invented Kung-fu, who stared at a wall for nine years until his arms and legs atropied, turning him into this shape. Here's how the Daruma doll works: write the thing you wish for on the front and blacken one eye. If you get your wish, blacken the other eye. This daruma says ren'ai joju, which is a prayer to Buddha for love, either in the form of a new boyfriend or girlfriend or for love in general. Choose S, M and L. Please note, these shirts are being discontinued to make room for new designs. Grab your size while supplies last. All sales final. (More like this) (Direct link to this product) (SZS SZM SZL SZXL)
